Welcome!The Apartment and Family Student Council (AFSC) is the representative body of the apartment housing community (3rd & Union, BBHN, Campus View, Evermann, Redbud, Tulip Tree and University East Apartments) at Indiana University, Bloomington. We are here to represent your interests and give you a voice in the operation and administration of our neigborhoods.We conduct informational programs, and educational and recreational activities meant to give residents the opportunity to become familiar with their neighborhoods, the University and the city of Bloomington. We also offer equipment loaning services, sponsor cultural programs and sports events. For more details, go to "Services."
